Dr. Lee is the President and Co-Founder of Regulated Roots Academy & Agency, where she and her husband, T. Lee Cordell (CEO), help faith-led leaders grow their businesses without sacrificing what matters most.

Lee spent her career Growing through academia, healthcare, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurshiP- until one day, God fully reminded her why she gave her life to the Lord.

Now, she's on a mission to help C-Suite leaders and kingdom-minded entrepreneurs break out of worldly boxes, face their blind spots, and lead with courage, integrity, and faith.

Lee is a wife, mother of three, and a woman who knows what it's like to Answer when God calls you to step out of the cage and into your true calling.
